Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to employees who have personal and / or work related problems that may affect performance, conduct, attendance and other major aspects of their lives. The services are provided by Mental Health Professionals [Clinical Psychologists, Organizational Psychologists, Counselors, Therapists, Social Workers, Life Style & Health Experts].
This program (EAP) address a broad and complex issues affecting mental and emotional well-being such as alcohol and other substance abuse, stress, grief, family problems, and psychological disorders. EAP counselors also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs. GVA plays an active role in helping organizations prevent and cope with workplace violence, trauma, and other emergency response situations.
Customized Individual and Work Performance Reports shall be compiled based on the Organization requirement.
